How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Can I purchase gift cards online?
Yes, we offer both physical gift cards sent via mail and digital e-gift cards sent instantly via email. These can be used at any of our physical restaurant locations or in our online gift shop.
What is your return policy for food items?
To ensure food safety, we cannot accept returns on perishable food products, spices, or sauces. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are your famous salad dressings and sauces the same as those used in the restaurant?
Absolutely. Our bottled 1905 Dressing, hot sauces, and marinades are produced using the exact same recipes served in our historic dining rooms.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, the Columbia Restaurant Gift Shop only ships to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
How should I store my Columbia spices and coffee?
To maintain peak freshness, we recommend storing spices and coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our coffee is best enjoyed within 4 weeks of opening.
