Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Columbia Restaurant Gift Shop purchase; if you are not happy with your non-perishable items, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Please note that for safety reasons, food items and sauces cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and is not a perishable food product, which are exempt from our standard return policy.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the original packing slip and ship them back to our historic Ybor City location using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding shipping costs.
